Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. 

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

EU Shipping

We currently ship to countries within the European Union (EU) only.

There are no customs duties or additional taxes on orders shipped within the EU.

 

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times and handling are subject to the carrier’s processes. We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged shipments caused by the carrier’s operations. However, we will support you in tracking the order and filing a claim if necessary. Return Policy

You can initiate a return by contacting us at teamnudi@gmail.com. In your message, please include your order number and the products you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address if the return is accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or defective. Returns will not be accepted without prior contact.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or defective. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you can return your original purchase and place a new order.

 

Non-returnable items

As hygiene products, bikinis are not eligible for return if they have been worn or if their unused condition cannot be guaranteed. The items must be in completely new condition. We also do not accept returns of gift cards or discounted items.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items immediately upon receiving them. If you notice any damage, defect, or receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly. We will assess the reported issue and assist you in finding the best solution.

 

Refunds

You will receive a notification once your return has been inspected. If the return is approved, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank.
